Timeframe for Returns and Exchanges
- You may request a return or exchange within 14 days from the date of receiving your order. To be eligible, the product must be in its original condition, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Products
- To maintain the quality and hygiene of our products, returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

- Products showing signs of use, washing, or damage caused by misuse.
- Customized or personalized items (e.g., specific names, logos, or bespoke embroidery requested by the customer).
- Caps that have had their tags removed or show any signs of wear.
- Products missing their original packaging or accessories.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- We take great care to inspect all orders before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. You must provide your order number and clear photographs showing the damage or error. In such cases, Olu will bear all shipping costs for the exchange or return.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- To initiate a request, please contact our Olu Customer Service team via our official support channels and provide the following:

- Clear photos of the product (specifically for damaged or incorrect items).
Shipping Costs
- Personal Reasons (Size/Change of Mind): The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the item to us and sending the new replacement.
- Damaged/Incorrect Items: Olu covers all shipping costs for returning the item and providing a replacement or refund.
Refund Process
- Once our team receives the returned product and verifies that it meets our return criteria, we will initiate the refund process. The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used during the initial purchase. Please note that the time taken for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank’s policy (typically 7 to 14 business days).

- Olu reserves the right to update and amend this policy in accordance with regulations in the Sultanate of Oman. Changes become effective immediately upon being posted on this page. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of these updates.
